Join us at The Hermitage Hotel as we toast the debut book by Chef Sean Brock - Heritage. It is fitting that Brock chose to launch the book at The Hermitage Hotel - where it all began. Brock opened The Hermitage Hotel in 2003 as Executive Chef of the Capitol Grille. Later that same year he brought in Chef Tyler Brown as his Sous Chef and the two have been best friends ever since.
Tuesday, October 28 Sean will be signing books, sharing stories and recipes while the Capitol Grille shares dishes from the book.
